Re: 250 swap conference limit.

I can tell you that I am 20+ years into an OD (not w/ relegation, but we do shuffle conferences around based on prestige). Haven't hit any limit yet.

thing is a bitch to set up, though. You may still get the odd mid-tier team win the NC, but whatever. Crazy things happen sometimes.
Definitely going to use this chart. Thanks for the visual aid.

Re: 250 swap conference limit.

I'm going to use this chart as well. However, I'm going to flip the ACC and Big East in the hierarchy, since the ACC already has a championship game set up.

Re: 250 swap conference limit.

That alignement is pretty similar to what I had. Although, I have the Big12 as a top conference instead of the Big East. The Big 12 is a B+, while the Big East is a B. This makes your SEC-Big 12 region the best and you Big East-ACC region goes B to B, so there is neither a boost nor penalty for going up or down there. Also, my setup eliminates all Championship games except the MAC. I don't want that being the reason a tier 1 team gets ousted from the BCS game. The 2nd tier teams have automatic bids to play each other. MWC vs ACC in Fiesta and Big East vs CUSA in the Sugar. That leaves the to 4 conferences to have Automatic bids but with no tie in. In theory, 3 should play 4, 5 vs 6, etc..

Re: 250 swap conference limit.

I think the only change I'm going to make is swap Army and Clemson.

Re: 250 swap conference limit.

Thanks fellas. One note on the chart: IUPUI and Vincennes are two Team Builder teams. I think, though I'm not positive, that I took two MAC teams out of there for them. So if you're confused as to where Team X and Team Y go, that's what happened to them.
