Why does everyone leave when Madden comes out?

Since I started playing dynasty on NCAA '10 I've been a hardcore dynasty guy. Madden just doesn't keep me intrigued the way NCAA does. When you get a great group of 12 dedicated users, then there is no need for me to play Madden except for a online ranked game here or there.

When does EA usually go public with the new features in the upcoming game? Im just interested to know whether or not "team play" will be apart of this years title. Usually they just add a couple tackle animations, catch animations, and change '12' to '13' :/ ... These games have SOOO much more potential than whats being brought out. Watch how much better the games get once competition comes, which is next year? Is that when EA's monopoly is over? More so for Madden than NCAA, but none the less Ill expect more then

Well I certainly don't abandon ship. Both games are needed for the full experience.

I stopped buying Madden two years ago and honestly do not ever see myself buying it again. It becomes boring and stale playing with 32 teams.

Madden just bores me to tears....Been an NCAA guy pretty much since the 2003 version. I dive back into Madden in random years, but it never holds me very long, I keep running back home to mommy.

I picked up both and play both about the same. I enjoy NCAA a better though! Dynasty is better and more in depth!

The last Madden I bought was Madden '06 on the original Xbox. played some of the Madden's on this gen but never liked it enough to buy it.
