I enjoy teambuilder. I'd enjoy it more if they would tweak it. Some people (none so far on this thread) are unrealistic in their expectations, but I agree that some options needed to be added for equipment and for uniform templates.

The majority of teambuilder teams I see made by "casual gamers" (i.e. not OS users) include a school with all A+ ratings and a roster of superstars. I think the majority of the fan base is just happy they can slap a logo of a butt on a helmet and go out and take their Butt-Helmeted supermen and beat LSU and Alabama by 50. It's a shame, but I doubt teambuilder sees any updates until next gen.

...If it is even in the first iteration of NCAA on next gen consoles.

Here's hoping I'm wrong though
ha I am exactly the opposite. I create a team every year with like 50 of my friends on it. Most of them are rated in the 60's and low 70's with a lot being even in the 40's and 50's. Make us a 1 star prestige school and try to build us to decent by our senior year and beyond. This year I am planning to make 2 other teams as well. One team is going to be our main rival and they will just be another team of friends and then one joke team that has a bunch of my friends on it that suck at football. They will be the worst team in the ncaa to begin with. Should be fun

Re: NCAA13 TEAMBUILDER...

Im curious if maybe they didnt atleast add a bunch of highschool stadiums to choose from, and THAT is why the "Road to Glory" playbook thingy is last. I guess I still have a glimmer of hope since a big draw to RTG was importing your highschool teams, hopefully they realized that only having 4(?) highschool fields to choose from isnt nearly enough.

I realize even if thats all they do, it's still small potatoes to what we all want to see with TB, but atleats it's SOMETHING.

Hell, I'm kind of to the point where even if they changed the background color of the main page, I'd be satisfied. Atleast they still know it's there :P

At this point, If they would just add more logo slots I'd be more than thankful.

I respectfully disagree. While Teambuilder does have its share of Chuck Norris U and U Mad Bro teams; I've found the large majority of the teams created are lower college and high schools with either realistic ratings or a roster template othern than juggernaut. My old high school has 20 creations (and we suck) and one of the more dominant high schools in my hometown has 120 creations.

But I think the type of teams (realistic or ridiculous) is moot anyway. I think the real problem is not enough people used teams in dynasty mode (according to EA's numbers) to warrant a substainal upgrade to the feature. That to me has more to do with how the feature was implemented (having to replace teams) rather than the feature itself, which is an entirely different dicussion.

Re: NCAA13 TEAMBUILDER...

I'd like to be able to edit the hometown of players on the roster sets from the teambuilder website. It sucks to make a team in Maine and use a cupcake roster of a team in Louisiana, you get stuck with starting with southern pipeline states rather than Northeast states in dynasty mode.

As always, Prowler, well said. I've even seen (and have created a few myself) people create fictional college teams with realistic logos and ratings. It's a fun feature that far exceeds any create - a team I can remember in sports games.

If they would just increase the number of teams we could switch out from 12 up to 24 or even 124 there would probably be more people using their creations in dynasty. I always use twelve and wish I could switch more in. Actually, I wish I didn't have to switch at all and could just add.
