Re: Stadiums for teams new to NCAA?

This response from Ben after the sights and sounds podcast seems to imply that none of the schools got new stadiums

Are any of the new stadiums included? What about pro stadiums, which could be used as neutral site games?

FAU and North Texas received brand new stadiums this year using the new scanning technology. Additionally, Georgia, Iowa State, Louisiana Tech, Michigan, Navy, NC State, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Rice, Rutgers, Tulane/Sugar Bowl, UL Monroe, and Wake Forest received stadium renovations.

Correct. The E3 build was old. New Stadiums are in.

Sounds like I am going to have to play some games at North Texas and FAU to see if the stadiums look any different with this "new" technology.

How do you know for sure WSU? Ben didn't say anything about the new schools in his video interview and I haven't read anything about them being in the game.

It's very clear that the stadiums for UMass and Texas State are the exact same - and they're generic. The only team of the three newcomers that has their real stadium is UTSA and it's only because the Alamo Dome where they play was already in the game as the bowl stadium for the Alamo Bowl.

Once again EA comes up short.
Well, considering Texas State is expanding their stadium, they'll probably will get a generic this year and get the actuall when next year. As for UMass, the licensing rights for Gillete may not apply to NCAA.

Excellent find. It's good to see EA finally got Rice's tarp covered end zone seats "in the game".
