A hot routed Strong FLood. Send the outside receiver on the left on a slant in and the slot receiver on a streak. One of your options will be open. The tight end is always open on that play, but with more room so I'd look for the slant or runningback.

Wishbone wide: Verticals
Put tall receivers on fade if one on one coverage, if not simply hit one of the backs as their route breaks, by far my favorite play ever.

if my QB is a scrambler who can truck guys and elude would-be tacklers than QB draw/blast out of 5 wide
