Non BCS Team to play Dynasty with?

Alright, last year I did Hawaii and that was fun. But I'm looking for more of a challenge but with some star power. I'd like to play as a team that's decent but not amazing.

I'd like the team to have a solid QB (mid 80s) and solid HB/WR (80-90) but not have much star quality besides two standouts.

Any suggestions

I say go with Arkansas State or Miami (OH). Both have good quaterbacks in Aplin and Dysert and two standouts in Dyer (stAte RB 91 OVR and Harwell (Miami WR 92 OVR).

Arkansas St. intrigues me because I really liked Michael Dyer when he was with Auburn.

BYU is always fun. I like to try to recreate the old Ty Detmer teams. If they're too big, I'm going to add Miami (Oh) or Navy to the list. Navy is always fun because you can butterfly teams with the option if you're good at it. SMU is another fun option. Kind of like Hawaii, though. Wyoming has cool uniforms too. That's their appeal for me, anyway.

Take a look at ULL. If I recall correctly, they have a QB, WR & RB that are all rated 80+. Although, the QB abd WR are both Seniors, the RB is only a sophomore so you can build around him.
