Which ones are dynamic for NCAA 13?

From what I've read they all are. Some more so than others but everything is supposed to be able to change from what I understand

Most of them have a pretty obvious mechanism for improvement but I'm not sure how you can bring up athletic facilities. Maybe it goes up as you go to good bowls and get money?
