Does anybody know if NCAA 13 will have the Champs Sports Bowl become the Russell Athletic Bowl....It was just announced today so wondering for those of you who have played or may have insider info??

It has been announced for a while now but I doubt it will make it in this year.

I think this is because they don't have the rights to Yankee Stadium. But even if they did it as just a generic baseball stadium, itd be cool

What is the exact date it was announced? Is it just a sponsor change? If so licensing should not be an issue.

At worst, EA should patch a name change and maybe a new stadium but that's unlikely.

I think its more than just the Yankee Stadium deal tho. I think it has something to do with the Yankees (they own and operate the Pinstripe Bowl) wanting a larger amount of money to use the name on merchandise, etc. compared to other bowls of the same tier.
