Whats the bug? The game freezes up in the 4th quarter of every 2nd game. Freezes when I 'sim until on field' playing as the offensive coordinator. It has happened 4 times in a row

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Already explained above

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every 2nd game so far with somewhere between 2-4 minutes left in the game

Whats the bug? The game freezes up in the 4th quarter when simming to the end of game. Reaches about the 4 minute mark at stops

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Dynasty

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Yes. It has happened both times I have subbed in the entire 2nd team in the 4th quarter and tried to sim to the end.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Back to back games with about 4 minutes left in the game

Whats the bug?
In overtime if you have the ball first an fail on a 4th down or turn the ball over it does not give the ball to the opponent. You get a new set of downs starting back on the 25.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Started first by missing a 4th and inches, and then on the glitched possession threw an INT, I assume I could recreate it haven't tried.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I assume every overtime game.

Whats the bug? In road to glory I choose to be a pocket passing qb, but instead I'm really fast with a very weak arm. I don't get it.

I was jumping into my recruiting board to try it out in my first dynasty and it froze so I restarted the game went back in and it froze again. / Yes it does it every time I get into my recruiting board.

Whats the bug? Using ohio states pro combat unis from the demo and the numbers with 2 digits will be backwards on the right side of the helmet, example: 15 on the left side will be 51 on the right.

When editing players in the roster management screen, players wearing certain facemasks have something weird on the facemasks. It looks like a green/black blot on them. Certain facemasks tho.

2nd issue: maybe not even a glitch but the mid Nike shoe that offensive lineman is same shadow/model as the Nike low shoe. Shoe looks ridiculous on OL. It says mid shoe but it's same shadow as the low Nike cleat. Looks like Nba 2k12 sneaker issue, all shoes are same shadow.
