Not something that can be patched, and It's been a good number of years and EA still can't get the gold color right at night.

I can absolutely understand why some people won't buy the game because of that. It wasn't right in 12, it was not right in 11. Gold helmets should NOT be brown at night, they should actually be really brilliant under the stadium lighting, but for some reason the graphics developers don't understand that.

You have to understand how difficult that can be to replicate. The texture of those helmets can't really be replicated with the current engine and generation of consoles. They sacrificed the base color of the helmet so that the spots that shine came out the right color. It's all in the engine man, the art team did all they could with that one.

This is by far my favorite thread on all of OS. I'm noticing a disturbing trend, though. No love for Wyoming. Are the uniforms too close to the color of dirt or human excrement, or are there just no Wyoming fans here?

I don't think people have really started experimenting with lower ranked teams yet. They'll get in here eventually.
