Definitely happens in clear conditions too. Lights just just aren't lit up unless the camera is at a really low angle. At least on PS3.

That's odd, I'm on the 360 and haven't seen this issue.

Edit: (Not to derail the thread from awesome pictures) I just played a game in the fog and the lights are on and bright, must just be a PS3 issue?

Must be. Thanks for posting that. I'd never get the lights on with that angle on PS3.
