Does filing a complaint work? (360)
So, does filing a complaint work? I hate to be one complaining too much, but I just beat this huge cheeser/cheater (who was 13-0) and ended up getting the loss and the DNF when he should have received both. He went up 10-0 early (by having one of his WRs doing kickoffs and doing squib kicks that were borderline impossible to recover), and I finally was able to get the ball at the end of the 1st quarter. He was pretty crappy besides that, and I was up 31-10 at half and he quit at the beginning of the 2nd half when his last squib kick failed. The 30-second pause screen counter counted down to 0, and then there was a pause like the screen was frozen for about 2-3 seconds, then the screen saying your opponent's connection was lost popped up. It did the Quit and Count Game, or Quit and Don't Count Game, and I counted it seeing as I was up by so much. Lo and behold, I go to the rankings and see that I've dropped from 10-1 to 10-2, and from being ranked 60ish to in the mid 300s., and from a level 3 to level 2. I also received a DNF, and I looked up the guy I played and he was top 5 and 14-0. He has got to have some sort of cheat on.
So, will filing a complaint do anything? I was on a 10-game winning streak which makes it more annoying. Does XBOX actually look at these complaints or no? Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!
Oh, and the guy's GT is "TRACKMIXERS." Don't play him, ever. He cheeses, then cheats when he loses. If any of you guy's want to go to the Leaderboard and click on the Top 100, he'll be there if you want to give him a complaint too. Guys like this make playing online no fun.
