Throwing advanced routes isn't going well.

I still can't figure out how the new passing works in this game after playing the demo everyday for a month.

The basic routes, I can hit. Slants, comebacks, straight (if the person is wide open, I'll get to that...).

Advanced routes (outs, deep post, deep comebacks towards the sideline) get picked off everytime.

Especially outs and straight routes (when they have two safeties), I cannot complete these throws to save my life.

On outs, I hold the left stick to the sideline and bullet pass it, gets picked every time.
Lob pass it, if the player is completely wide open, it works, but if I'm throwing it to the short side of the field, out of bounds or interception every time.

Straights are more frustrating against 2 safeties. Usually the corner will hit the receiver and let him go, leaving him wide open until he reaches the safety. Bullet pass and lobs, leading bullet passes in front get intercepted 90% of the time.

I don't know what to do anymore.

Are you leading your receivers into the route or waiting for them to finish. On a post you may want to try throwing the ball just as the receiver is about halfway through his post. If its a deep post try pushing up on the stick.

It also has to do with how good your Qb is..

As Florida both their young Qb's have poor Throw Accuracy being 78, an 80. They can't hit water if they fell out of boat sometimes lol....
