How do you buy extra Teambuilder slots?

unless you want them all loaded to use in play now, it's pretty much a waste of money since you can only use 12 in a dynasty no matter what.

It been 12 the last 3 years. It has not change at all. It alway been 12 teambuilders team per dynasty.
