While we're waiting, what's up with the roster updates on here? I've never done that for a sports game.

Re: Full game now available on PSN

I have 21mbps internet but the servers really are getting it right now. I typically get 1MB/s download but only getting 250KB/s at the moment (I see it go up 1 MB once every 4 seconds or so). Extrapolation of that tells me it's going to take 8-9 hours. I work at night and it's 9AM here so I was just about to go to sleep for a good 8 hours so that works just fine for me. The rest of you are gonna get super impatient I think lol. I just hope I don't wake up and it timed out or something stupid.

Re: Full game now available on PSN

A question just came to mind while waiting for this download. Will this copy come with the online pass code like it does with hard copies or will that have to be an additional purchase?

Apparently the PSN version comes pre-enabled for online. It's a digital copy, so makes sense they didn't need to include the stupid code.

What's the price to download instead of buying the hard copy?

Typically a complete set is done in about a week. People are more thorough than what I remember the first time I downloaded one of these way back for NCAA 06! People have had the season pass edition since July 6th, so we're more than halfway there I would think. They don't post updates usually. I think we'll see them by the end of the week.

In the mean time, I just play online matches to get the hang of things (after a couple exhibitions against the CPU). Try different teams, maybe do the new Heisman mode, etc. Then start the dynasty when the rosters come out. Trust me, you'll be mad if you start a dynasty without the names. Once they come out you won't be able to stand seeing QB 5 and DT 99 anymore, and you can't add them mid-dynasty. I MAY start a franchise just to see how the new recruiting works, but I'll probably exit without saving.
