Looking For Sim Games With Adult Non Quitters

Is there a place on this forum with XBOX 360 Gamertags of non quitters? I'm looking to play mature adults who don't quit and who play somewhat of a "real" sim style of play.

If I play randoms, I pretty much always get quitters/cheesers/glitchers etc.

If this thread is allowed, leave your GT here or please let me know if there is already a place for this on the site.

but your best bet is just join an online dynasty on this site. Most everyone here is a sin player. And all the OD's don't tolerate "cheesing"

How does the glitchers get the games to glitch? I was playing a glitcher once and the game between us was very close. I get the ball with under 2 min. remaining and I run a play and while I'm going back to pass all of the sudden the game slows down to where the glitcher sacks my QB to end my drive. This happened several times during the game and I ended up losing 17-13.
