Online Pass Problem

You guys have to go to account management then reedem code and plug in your online pass code.

Exit out of NCAA Football, go to the Playstation Store. Up in the top right corner there is a redeem code button. Click on it and enter your code. It will pop up the online pass and download it.

I came to this site after my chat with an EA representative was absolutely useless. I wanted to register to say thank you that 1 second on this site solved the problem that EA itself didnt feel like adressing.

What did you guys do after you downloaded it? I just redeemed the code in the store, dl'ed it, started the game up, and it still says "online pass inactive". WTH is this ****.
