What are your specific thoughts on recruiting in NCAA 13?

As I get read to embark on my offline dynasty, i was curious to see what kind of experiences you guys have had with recruiting...

I will play as Rutgers, so I'm not expecting the ability to draw many 4 or 5 star recruits - i haven't in the past..

here's what i'm looing for:

1) what difficulty level do you set for recruiting, and why? andhow has it worked for you?

2) what are your thoughts about the changes in recruiting in 13? better? worse?

3) what tips would you offer? i'm no longer able to spend as many hours playing as i did when i was younger, so i don't have as much time for trial and error- just looking for some general thoughts about your approach - what has worked, and why?!?
