2013 RTG using a heisman winner

I've been working on the different Heisman Challanges until the OS rosters are done. After winning and completeing the challenge it says I can use said heisman winner in RTG. When I go into RTG mode I can not find any heisman winner as an existing player to choose from. Just want to know if anybody else has tried this and are experiencing the same thing? I've looked for them at the school they played for, the school I used for them, and also the all teams screen with no luck.

How would they be on a team if they graduated? You start a new one and import.

When you are creating your player it says at the bottom of the screen press x to use a heisman player
