How do you get them? I have sarched the forum and couldn't find anything. I really just want the recruiting advisor.

They are usually listed as an option in the game and when you click on them they say you have to purchase them. Example... Recruiting... Recruiting Advisor... click it. It will take you to the marketplace to buy it.

Recruiter Adviser is on the recruit screen on the bottom right.

You can find them in the Marketplace too.
