My favorite is when the pulling blocker has a bead right on a guy, then stops and looks at the running back and the back gets tackled by the guy he should have blocked.

This ball tracking thing is a bigger problem than it was worth, I guess.

Bad blocking isn't just reserved for OL. On kickoff return my lead blocker stopped randomly jukes right then hiked left as I ran past him. He didn't engage anyone.
