Defense insanely glitched?
I hadn't really noticed this through playing the first couple days but i just started a new career mode, taking over the coaching reigns at texas and i did some custom scheduling to where i'd play #1 bama in the first week.
Well, in this game i rushed for about 350 yds...easily, on heisman.
And it wasn't if it was any skill of my own, it was the defensive glitching, almost all of these yards were gathered through HUGE option plays, i think i had 3-4 60 yd+ option plays.
On a lot of the run plays a LB will just stand stationary or'll step slowly to the left or right as i run right by him.
On 2 particular options plays i ran i saw 2 huge defensive flaws.
On the 1st, i pitched it back to my HB with 2 people to beat, i beat the first guy with a juke and the 2nd was the free safety who seemed to be cutting me off with the angle he had, i was thinking wow what a smart move by the CPU but, instead he kept running to the left...out of bounds...through the stadium. I proceeded to score on that run when he could of easily stopped me, i never saw that before.
On the other option, i had the ball in the hands of my qb and i was waiting to pitch it but then all the DBs (2 or 3) ran right behind my HB and stood there waiting for me to pitch it (more behind him like i'd miss the pitch or something) and just let my QB run into the endzone like it was nobody's business.
I enjoy this game a whole lot i love the new catching animations and tackling animations but i've noticed a lot of problems with defenders and even the offensive line is still messed up but i've come to conclusion EA is too incompetent to address the issue.
Any of you see stuff like this?
