After i scout a player 100%, is that his final rating or they change after the season? Im playing with Miss State and im going after alot of 3star recruits and they are poorly rated.

What is their rating? Most non-bust 3 stars I see are low 60s...where they should be as freshmen. The best freshmen I've seen is a 77, as a 5 star...which is right. Freshmen shouldn't be impact players (85+) except maybe once in a while.
