Its on when it ships but seems to stay with the Dynasty ticker when you go to the main menu after leaving your dynasty. Maybe when the CF season starts that will be replaced with the real states. I have seen real stats on it though while in the menu. You can go into the settings and choose what sports you want to run in the ticker. I know I've seen F1 ratings on the ticker, which is what I wanted.
