Let me start this off by saying its not Sandusky related (real life off the field)

I'm thinking of ways to use penn st, as my user controlled team in an offline dynasty. I've come up with a few rules and I want everyone's input.

1. Removed from the BIG. I'd become an independent and replace them with Norte dame.

2. Recruiting: only 1 star recruits for 5 years, hopefully ensuring my prestige plummets.

3. Scholarships: cut down to ZERO for 5 years, meaning most of my team will be walk ons coinciding with the smu ban in the 80's.

That's what I have so far, please give me more ideas. One question I have is can I decline a bowl game?

Yes, I'm just mulling over ideas. Not having an alma mater I love college football but have no favorite team. Just hoping for a little help from the os community

I flat-out took Penn State out of one of my Dynasties. I replaced them with a Teambuilder team, put ND in the B1G and had the TB team as an Independent.

Also, unless it changed this year, I don't think you can decline bowl game invites. It just tells you which game you were chosen for and are automatically put in that game. At least that's how it's been in the past.
