Is it like last year where you could only make changes to the conference at the start of the dynasty or can I do it after every year?

Last year you could only make it predynasty...This year you can do it after each season.

Nope.

In '12 you could make conference changes after every season. Custom Conferences was one of the big features of last year's game.
It hasn't changed for '13.

You can't import teambuilder teams after the first season though.

Does the number of conference games always increase from 8 to 9 when you edit a 12 team conference? I've done this twice (always keeping the number of teams at 12) and both times I ended up with 9 conference games, the first being week 2 of the season which is also weird.
