Recruiting Rules?

Hey everyone, I found a "Recruiting Ruleset" on here a couple years ago and I was wondering if anyone uses it or remembers it.

I am currently doing a Dynasty with New Mexico and I am drawing in a TON of 3 stars and it just does not seem realistic to me.

The rules I was looking for involve your team Prestige. I think for one star schools it was "Can recruit any 1 or 2 stars, up to five 3 stars from Pipelines, and one 4 star from home state, no 5 Stars" and every step up in your prestige it changed.

I used it and it worked like a charm, but I have been trying to find it for the past couple days and I have had no luck.

What are the quality of your recruits though? Are they well-rated? Although it isn't the most realistic thing, I wouldn't pay too much attention to the star ratings and class rankings this year when evaluating a class. It still gives a good idea, but with gems and busts, it doesn't always mean you're doing better than a school with more 2*'s. Also are you getting these recruits from all different positions or just from a few? I would only be concerned if I were beating a lot of better programs when they are actively pursuing someone.

One thing you could do is only recruit the positions you have seniors leaving for, plus maybe a couple extra. That might keep you from recruiting players at a certain position who are a 3* or better that you might otherwise try for.
