now i have my team with army. and i want to leave for miami, but i have a lot of promises i made to recruits. if i leave and these promises arnt met while im not there, will that affect my integrity raiting ?

well if u promise someone something and then BOUNCE how can YOU meet these promises anyway... bouncing from job to job should hypothetically hurt your integrity rating.. but thats just in a perfect, sensible wrld, which this game is not
