How to User Catch?

I'm in practice right now trying to work on user catching. So when you throw, say, a deep ball, what button do you press to take over the player?

Will it disrupt his route timing?

And then Triangle to go catch it?

Re: How to User Catch?

I usually take over the player when the ball is midway there. You can make the user catch by pressing Triangle. Square will allow you to dive for a ball also. Hope that helps
