Simulated QB completion percentages seem low

I am seeing QB completion percentages using only OS named roster of <50% for CPU QB when displayed in game. I ran the same game 5 times and everytime Boise State vs Michigan State showed both quarterbacks with a 40% completion percentage for their games. Is anyone else seeing this?

I'm seeing it once in awhile. Other times, however, I'm seeing simmed stats that are perfectly realistic.

They are much lower than in real life. It was like that last year as well. It actually messes up everything because so many cpu teams have qb's with really low comp %. The entire league is out of whack. Its all tied to AWR; if you increase the awr for qb's they will complete passes at a high %.

Honestly what you have to do to get passing numbers similar to real life is use a scale of 80-99 ovr awareness, with alot of guys in the 90+ range.

Has anyone else noticed this? Every time I'm playing a game I get studio updates from Rece Davis and the stats always include QBs with completion percentages WAY below 50 percent. I could understand this happening with bad QBs, backup QBs, or a good QB having the occasional bad game but this is happening all the time! Is there any way to fix this? Would sliders work?
