Recruiting Gem Tips

For everyone who has sent me a PM. Would you rather me just post the info in here. I have gotten alot of PMs so responding to each one might take some time. I thunk I have only responded to two or three guys thus far. As I stated in my other post, you are ALMOST always guaranteed to find a gem with these. Uheres another tip, unless the guy is a four o five star at the top of hi position(#1 Wr etc....) stay away from guys who have a Top 10. Guys who have a top 8 or top 5. ALMOST ALWAYS seem to be gem the lower they are ranked.

I found that ATHs will good positional ratings are a good way to find gems. Even if they are a +3 to +5 as ATHs, when you put them to a certain position they will be higher gems. I found 4 Gems ATHs in 2 seasons that I have at WR that all range from +10 to +17 Gems/

When a guy has A in both speed and acceleration it tends to go down when scouted.
