Only way I know to do this is to go through the high-school part of RtG, and sign to a college team. Then you write down the ratings that it gives you. On the main menu screen go to create a player. Create your player on the school that you signed with. Go back to RtG, and make a new one but this time with Use Existing Player. Choose your player and you will have the roster names.
I don't think there is any other way.
