Just realized my reply made it seem like Akron was a new team, obviously they are not, but they are pretty bad (not sure about originally, I took them over in year 5 but i figure its about the same)

Go with Army. They have a great tradition, 4 National Championships and 3 Heismans. Intense rivalry with Navy and Air Force. Good amount of uniform combos. They have a team entrance, which is rare for a 1 star program. Independent schedule. Also, recruiting is tough because they play in NY, so most recruits that want to stay local have BC or Syracruse at the top of their lists.

Minnesota. Awesome stadium, plays in big 10 and uniforms are pretty cool - gotta love the yellow jerseys!
