Post Update-Pitch Interceptions

Since the update I have intercepted 3 option pitches in 3 quarters of gameplay. Has anyone else noticed this issue? Is this why they froze the cornerbacks on the option defense last year?

Yep. One of several gripes I had with the AI option running in the Early Release version.

I hadn't noticed prior to the update.

yep those happened pre patch, they happened in past year games too, teaches you to learn when to pitch it and when its too late to pitch it.

I was on defense. I don't remember ever intercepting a pitch....ever. I was not controlling the player that intercepted the pitch.

As others have said, this has been in the game for at least 2 years. I've even seen intercepted HB tosses (not options, but just a normal toss play).
