Question on Coaching contracts

It seemed in 12 that no one would try and hire you away from your current school unless you declined an extension in your final year. Maybe it just seemed that way to me haha..

Is it the same in 13? or once you start getting your coaching rating and loyalty up will schools come after you in the carousel even if you have say 2 years left on your current contract?

Schools would come after you mid-contract last year and will also this year. If you do choose to go to a different school while you are still under contract with one, you will take a hit in coach prestige.

Both, if i remember right. It hurts your prestige because you left a contract early and it hurts both schools stability since they are coach changes.

In NCAA 12 Mid-Contract if you Simulated Coaching Carousel until next offer you would never get one. BUT if you actually went through each job you WOULD get offers. At least I experienced that and I probably played close to a 100 years in Dynasties.
