Any success with the option playbooks/system this year?

It seems as if it gets harder to use every year! Is the key now to use all types of plays from your playbook? Where is in years past you could have a few key plays with pass plays set up by them and that could be the base of your success. Now it seems as if you can't do that anymore.

Is this type of play ineffective/broken? Or more of a challenge now where you have to use more than just your 5 or six plays a game?

The horrible o-line play makes the option offense pretty much impossible in coach mode but it can kinda be worked with playing manually.

I run a power O, triple option attack and it works extremely well in the OD I'm in. Unfortunately, this year it seems easier to run outside the tackles on running play instead of trying to juke your way up the middle. In NCAA12 it was perfect in between the tackles. The option or triple option gets much easier when you make the right reads on the DE or OLB depending on defensive alignment. The computer AI is still not good enough (unless on Heisman and Alabama wants to trash you) to cover the option if ran correctly. Hell, even if you make the wrong read on a triple option, your pitch man is still relatively uncovered and can get good yardage. Just don't overdo it.
