The best defense to stop deep out routes is to use cover 2 with 4-5 underneath zones and use bump'n'run as well. Using 5 zone underneath coverage works best because the CB is responsible for a smaller portion of the field and can focus primarily on the reciever runnning the deep out. You can also move the MLB back 5 yards or so presnap to help covering the other deep recievers.

Pinch your linemen to contain the QB. You may want to blitz the slot CB or LB if he has a tendency to drop back too far. If you use a spy, always control him yourself.

I'd run Nickel with the 2 LBs blitzing straight. Audible to bump and run coverage. Blitz with LB wide side of the field outside the DE. That usually fixes the scrambling QB for me.

You could always wait tell the ball is snapped then carefully reach over and unplug his controller. Then sack his qb.

People that play like that SUCK! lol

But seriously the guy needs to grow a pair and step up legit.
