Creating an NFL Player as a Coach?

Anyone ever do this? For example Tom Brady is now coach of TAMU in my dynasty. He is a Run and Shoot guy with a 4-3 defense. Obviously, he is Offensive-minded. I think this guy could be a great coach.

It is 2016 in my game, so he would be 40 and retired, ready to Coach.

That's what I'm doing in my OK State dynasty. I put Brett Farve as my OC with a Air Raid offense. I also added Peyton Manning at Tennessee for an OC too.

This is a pretty cool idea. Might look into this in my dynasty.

I do that a lot, with both former NFL and former college players. A few years down the line I start renaming incoming recruits to be the sons of older legends from the team or the brothers of more recent players. Occasionally I'll take current young coordinators and make them an OC or HC (like Scott Frost becoming OC and then HC at Nebraska, he's currently at Oregon).

It is just another tool to keep things fresh.

Nice stuff. I'm getting some funny things in my dynasty. For example, Kevin Sumlin became QB coach for Syracuse. Although that was my fault, kind of funny seing such a big demotion. Bill O'Brien is now OC at Boston College. Funny stuff.

Yeah, I did. I made Dave Elmendorf the coach for TAMU. He is a TAMU alum.
