Going to start using the progression.regression tool in my dynasty starting with the next off season.

In RECRUITS_LEAGUE_OUT, how are the star ratings for each recruit determined? I'm having trouble assigning ranges that apply to each team, do they vary by position?

For example, in my output file, Iowa has the following five lowest rated freshmen:

74 FS
73 TE
71 MLB
70 DT
69 FB

And the RECRUITS_LEAGUE_OUT file says that they have only one 1*, zero 2*, and one 3* player. That would imply that the fullback got one star for being a 69 and the defensive tackle got three stars as a 70, leaving no range for two star players. But other rosters have plenty of two star players in that file.
