How and when do you try to convince your players to stay and not enter the draft early?

Players Leaving is one of the first off-season tasks after Coaching Carousel. You convince them to stay by promising them various things like higher draft pick.

Do I make the promises from the players leaving screen or somewhere else?

players leaving screen will show guys that are leaving because of graduation and leaving early. Select the player leaving early and you will be presented with the options.

I always just suggest to stay and get the degree seems to work. Plus I try to show that I want my players to get a better education and it helps your academic rating go up.

Usually I attempt to make a player stay. Sometimes the promises you have to make are a little too ridiculous though. SO RB wants 200 carries with a SR RB ahead of him? Ummmmm....no thanks
