read option defense help

Im having trouble stopping this play and the qb wrap.

only way i know how to stop this play is to come up with my safety and hit the qb but know guys are hitting me with the read option playatcion.

i run a 335 defense know because it helped slow it down.

i used to run the 4-3 and 4-2-5 i had to leave this defenses because it runs wild vs 4 man fronts how can i stop this play with out usering the safety?

Crash the interior lineman to the middle and have your ends on contain. Press your CB so you can shed the block from WR. Spy one of your linebackers and blitz the other. If you run the nickel and they have 2 WR set blitz the inside corner. Find also a defense that has a 4-4. Spread your linebackers out and have DE In contain. Crash you tackles to the middle so it puts pressure. This has helped me against the option.
