Easy Small schools for NCAA 12?

I'm thinking about starting a small school dynasty in NCAA 12 and what are the easiest small schools to start a dynasty with (all 1 and 2 star teams, and some 3 star teams are small schools in my book)? I'm new to small school dynasties so I need an easy small school to start out with.

What's a small school? Like, the size of the stadium? Or are you just talking about 1-3 star prestige schools?

If you just mean you want to build up a small program, I'd recommend Army or Navy as a great first-time gig. The perks of being an independent are huge.

1 to 3 star teams.

If you want a team with a good OVR rating right away, FIU--only a 1 star i think, plus you got the florida pipeline. Tulsa isn't small, but not big either, and their team is loaded in the first 2 years.

Like others have said, Pipeline states are everything when first starting to build up.

It's also important to make sure your school has at least a couple good pitches, as well. It's nearly impossible to recruit for UTSA since they have D's and D-'s across the board, except for like C- academic prestige and A proximity when recruiting in Texas.
