Re: Most Losses in a season to get to Championship

In my RTG, Ohio State had 4 losses and made the national championship over 2 one-loss SEC teams. EA's BCS formula is garbage

I made it with UConn when they were 10-2.

It's only flawed because they use only the computer rankings. It's easier to put in there without human interference. Have you ever looked at who the computers put on top. Anywho I usually just see small time schools get way up in the rankings. It annoys me... Need to add playoffs anyway 16 teams win your conference and if there is a tie take the BCS formula and add them in there.

Most losses for a team playing in the NC game I've seen in my dynasty (9 years complete) is 2. Happened twice, both times were LSU.

Guess that's a pattern since that's how many losses they had last time they won.

I've never seen a team in with more then 2 losses. Yet to see a Non-AQ team make it in 13.

I agree, an option for a playoff of up to 16 teams would be awesome - 11 autobids (1 from each conference) and 5 at-large bids, no limit on how many from any one conference. Or you could change the format if you're doing custom conferences. That would be really cool, hopefully they add it in 2 years or even next year since we've got a real playoff coming.

Kind of the opposite but my first season as Oregon I went undefeated on Heisman yet didn't play in the NC due to two 1 loss Bama and West Virginia teams. Which makes no sense considering Oregon was ranked above a 1 loss Bama team in the real BCS standings this year.
