Do you find a challenge in keeping a good team good?

Never really tried it. I don't ever play as powerhouse teams. I usually use my team (GT) who is average to above average most years or UCLA and built them up. This year I used a team builder Georgia Southern and I'm having fun building them up in the Sun Belt which has been a slow process. Most of the fun for me is building the team up and not just winning games.
