Well, I never go COMPLETLY Aggressive or Conservative ever, its best to pick & choose which ones you want to switch.
Well on defense I can give you some advice.
Tackling - When the opposing team has an outstanding Power RB, you might want to go conservative on tackling because they indeed break alot of tackles.
If the opposing line & RB is flemsy, you might be able to get a few easy blitz & fumbles on Aggressive Line.
As far as COVERAGE, even in real football, if you have a very good Defensive Line, you can damn near have the worst secondary & get good coverage. But you gotta have a bad *** DL lol. However, if you have a decent DL & decent secondary, you can have your DL at aggressive & Coverage at conservative and till come up with a decent amount of picks. The philosphy is with a good DL pressure, your Secondary will pick apart the QB based on pressure throws. However, the Running game will be a problem..
