How do I change the online pass from one PS3 to another?

As in the same gamertag on another PS3 or like you gave your game away and want to get them online pass?

Different system. I had 2 PS3s and the pass was on both. One of my PS3s broke and I threw it away. Bought another PS3 and when I tried to download my pass I got an error saying the pass can only be used on 2 systems.

Basically I need to disconnect the pass from the PS3 I threw away.

You should be able to go online to the playstation website and disconnect your system from all prior PS3s. Once that is done connect it again to both systems and they will both be able to use the online pass. I am not sure the exact steps to the process however I am sure if you google it, it should be fairly easy to find.

Online Pass is tied to the console due to how it works. A console which has OP on it allows for any gamertag to use that OP without having to purchase OP, regardless of if that gamertag was originally associated with the OP redemption (or purchase). In order to prevent some guy from buying the game and downloading OP for all his buddies, EA has implemented a 2-console limit. You'll need to contact customer support for EA and get them to remove one of your consoles.
