with the xbox 360 pal it's not possible. the only way is to buy a 360 ntsc from the usa or a playstation 3 in england. The ps3 is region free

i have a ps3 with an account set up for the UK and 1 for the US so i can buy stuff from the store etc if need be.

both run ncaa 13 no problems as they are region free

Get a ps3. They're region free so you can play ncaa without a hitch

Like the others said, PS3 works fine. Only interesting thing is the save files are in different formats. Doesn't matter in general, but back when you used to be able to import draft classes into Madden, you could export a draft class from an NTSC NCAA into a PAL Madden (but if you bought both from the US, you'd be fine).
