I haven't done it on 13 and don't have my copy, but in the old ones you could go to the save file in the file management tab and it would offer you the option of re-making the dynasty using that save file.

The online dynasty file should save automatically - since it does, you have to copy it somewhere else as it gets overwritten each week (I put it on a USB stick). If the dynasty gets corrupted, you need to retire the dynasty, copy the saved online dynasty file back to the console, go into file management and load the file. There's probably a couple of more steps to do when there are multiple players. If the file is corrupted and you don't have the backup, there's nothing that can be done. Really annoying that the game doesn't check for a corrupted file before saving it - easy enough to do...

Hey wise guy, I have the Season Ticket, but it still won't advance.

Once it's corrupted, it won't advance on the web or the console.
