Yes, if a user has this down it is going to take some good stick skills on defense to contain. I remember in an older version if you used spin and got hit it would often end in a fumble.

Re: What happened to the quick cut juke?

In my OP maybe I should have asked if people prefer or miss the old juke. Like one guy said, I think it's far more common in football to see the simple one step quick cut. At this point, it's almost not even considered a juke. It seems like more of a positioning or setup move for a juke. I just feel the ball carrying in the older versions felt more genuine with that simple, common more. If you watch a college football game, you see it on almost every play. The hop juke not so much.

I miss the PS2 days. I remember the position drills mini games. The HB attack was amazing. No 2 running backs were the same. Also, the cuts and jukes were better executed.

Re: What happened to the quick cut juke?

I use the left stick for the one step juke. If a man is in front of me, I push more to the upper left on the stick running at him, then at the right time I push the stick rapidly to the right upper, keeping momentum and having the guy miss the tackle or me completely.
