Also, to put this issue to rest, according to Kotaku's Ultimate Team summary, EA doesn't have the licenses to the FCS teams anymore. So...yeah.

True if someone just searches randomly on the the TB site. But going to The Teambuilder Project page there are nothing but accurate team rosters, ratings, and (as best as they can be in some cases), uniforms. Those guys have strict guidelines and standards in place.

Jumping head first into the TB site will produce more garbage, but projects like the one here make it a joy to fill up every available TB slot on the game with FCS teams.

But the bigger issue is that you can only unpload 12 TB teams into your dynasty so you'd be playing at most 12 FCS schools vs 114 FBS schools unless I've missed something.
